The Website is operated by the LBS Sustainability Alumni Club ("we," "us," or "our"), an alumni organization affiliated with London Business School ("LBS" or "the School").

2.1. Membership is open to all London Business School alumni who have completed any degree program at the School.
2.2. Members must maintain appropriate professional conduct in accordance with the London Business School alumni community standards.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for any behavior that violates these Terms or brings the club or School into disrepute.

3.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the LBS Sustainability Alumni Club or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
3.2. The London Business School name, brand, and logo are used with permission and remain the intellectual property of London Business School.
3.3. Members may not use the club's or School's intellectual property without explicit written permission.
